The Enneagram Experience is a guided Walk & Talk focused on understanding personality and gaining clarity through conversation, supported by being in nature.

Inception is intentionally open and free-flowing. Insight often emerges through conversation and walking, helping familiar situations feel more understandable and emotionally settled while supporting workable next steps to unfold.

I’m Yvonne Letton, co-founder and guide at the Enneagram Experience.
I’ve worked with the Enneagram since 2018, drawn to it for the clarity it brings to everyday life — how we respond under pressure, navigate relationships, and make decisions. Over time, it’s become a way of seeing that shapes how I listen, reflect, and notice patterns as they emerge in conversation.
Each Walk & Talk is guided with care and attention. I walk alongside you, listen to what’s on your mind and offer considered reflection. I name what’s present without rushing or forcing insight. My approach is calm, spacious, and curious — shaped by the belief that clarity arrives more easily when we allow time for intentional thought, movement, and compassion.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a framework for understanding how we habitually see the world — nine patterns of attention, motivation, and response that tend to shape how we think, relate, and react, especially under pressure.
Applying this lens enhances our awareness. As patterns come into view, perspective often shifts and greater choice becomes possible.
Within a Walk & Talk session, the Enneagram is introduced step by step, as a way of making sense of what’s already being explored. It offers language for noticing familiar patterns and blind spots, helping insight feel clearer and more grounded.
For those who wish to continue, this shared language can become the foundation for future online sessions - supporting ongoing reflection, clarity and integration wherever you are.
Prior knowledge of the Enneagram is not required to participate.
What Happens After the Walk
For some, a single Walk & Talk offers exactly what’s needed - clarity, perspective, and a sense of calm that comes from taking time out.
